Lora's path to family medicine is anything but ordinary. She started as an EMT-B in 2007, served in the Army National Guard, earned a degree in Deaf Studies, and taught in Los Angeles Unified Schools before pursuing nursing — driven by a passion for serving others.
A marathon runner and triathlete who personally experienced how movement and community healed her own depression and helped her lose over 30 pounds, Lora built Connect2-wellness around that lived knowledge.
She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and a certified FitFlow yoga instructor — a unique combination that enables truly integrated, whole-person care.
